Mage Helmet

Based on a Mage helmet from World of Warcraft.

I've made it low poly count, and also I've used a simple Ingame Texture.

Update:

Particles fade out from the crystal. (Finished)

Sorry for long wait on fix, been really busy but here we are :)
Finally finished. Now to wait for approval.

Nice model evilcrizpy ;)

The crystal is great, the particle effects suit it, and you did a good job with the model itself as well. The poly count is extremely small

Don't worry about the wrap, as I said earlier finding a good texture can be a bitch at times. This suites it fairly well, perhaps at some later stage you can find a more suiting one.
Oh and +rep of course.

4.5/5 from me, I'd preferr a little more detail than a low poly count, but I guess that's a one off... most people preferr the poly count :hohum:

It's not the greatest helmet around, but actually much better looking in-game. Pretty much, nice looking model, and I like the crystal effect very much. I suggest, however, that you post more screenshots of it, preferably in-game on a suitable unit, so we know how it looks and prove that it works well.
4.5/5 Highly Recommended

I really dig the model. 5/5

But i try to use it in my map as attachment to the villager model, and i can't make it to work with either "head" or "overhead". when put on head, it goes through the head and when placed overhead it goes above the head.

is it too much to ask for a fix of some sort. because like i said, i really want to use this model.

Just tried it, same problem here. Looks good and all, just the height of the attachment position is off.
