Few things:
Screenshot is missing
Your guts material should be transparent.
Would a ghost really have guts?
The stretching on the model makes the skin look terrible, I wouldn't stretch it.
It's a nice beginning, but needs more work.

umm i look at the model its just a kodo with matrials set to modulate. it would be better for the set to additive. donuts right should ghosts have guts? and if they do(hardly possibled) why isnt them transparent??????????????????????????
