All geoset needs to disappear at the end of "Decay Bone" animation. You can also optimize the model by fixing the issues detected by HIVE's Sanity Check (This tool may help). Finally, please rename the model file accordingly to your bundle theme...
Very cool looking, i can tell by the size in the screenshots he's meant as a boss type unit and i think he fits well as that. Good amount of visual difference from standard nerubians.
