Druid of The Claw (Texture)

Well painted texture in general, however lacks in the shading department causing all the whites and gray colours to blend in together making the texture look rather messy at a game distance. Even bright colours recieve dark shadows. What I would do...

Not a bad texture, previous reviews have pointed out the shading issues however the quality is still there and it is freehand. Therefore I am setting it to Recommended.
Could you work more on the armor's shading? It looks very old and scratchy at best. Also, the brown coat parts could use stronger highlights and some definition.

Same thing applies here as well, but with the cloth and face parts.

As for the hair, you could play with the Levels option from photoshop(if you use that) to adjust the light and shadow intensity. Since currently is is a bit plain looking and washed.

Do keep in mind that even white has shades, saturation and gradients - it's called gray colors.

This skin suffers too much from too similar base colors, resulting in a blob of white in-game. Play with more different and larger textures to make details pop, and some toning of different materials, both in the way on how they reflect light, how flexible they are, and the base color of it, to make everything still cohesive and white, but distinctive between different parts of the skin.

Love the concept tho!

it's a bit vague for me for suggestion. though its sound like personal opinion sorry.
i mean like what exactly need to do. like where parts it could use different colors, or where it need to be shaded more darker. etc.

The problem with this is skin is that the colors used are very similar that made the result monotone. I think you are trying to make metal, on which you sadly failed to make it pop out. Details are unseen and I've mistaken it as a Yeti, and yes because of it being monotone. Try to experiment with color shades like making the metal bluish gray. Even if you're making a snow themed skin it doesn't always mean it always have snow in every part of the skin. The design is great however the color palette doesn't seem to work, details need to pop out even in-game.

Even bright colours recieve dark shadows.

What I would do to improve this would be to create slightly darker lines in areas where materials separate, such as metals and cloth to make them more clear and easy to see at a distance.

The model also needs more shading to appear more solid in the world, look up Ambient Occlusion and Cast shadow painting techiniques.

You might also want to work a bit with the wrap on the face, his eyes look a tad goofy at the moment.

Untill then I am putting this on awaiting update, once the shading is taken care of I'll approve this!

That's a pretty cool druid of the claw and his bear form skins! I wonder why does the druid form remind me of the elder bigfoot (or yeti, I think) from The Sims 2...

Also, who's this "Deleted member 238226" user? I mean, what if the people (including me, maybe) want to use these skins, who should they be giving credit to?

Thanks! That'll greatly help with the crediting when it's due. It's all for the sake of doing things right and properly, am I right?

Also, there're plethora of resources I haven't seen yet (due to my hiatus), and it's hard to guess who made them if their usernames are replaced with "Deleted member ???"...
