DotA1: Dark Willow (Mireska)

This bundle is marked as high quality. It exceeds standards and is highly desirable.
This is the Dark Willow model i made for the dota1 map and that i know it's not so identical to the main subject but still i did all i could.

@Jab1z Hey! How did I miss this? This is fantastic! Oh man, we never ever had a witch on a broom! Thank you for that. We lack at classical Halloween monsters. You could make ,,normal" classical version of this witch as well, remove her that cage and gun that is part of the broom, remove her glasses, and that should be it. Perhaps, optionally could wear black instead of purple, but this purple version is fantastic as you made a younger version of witch. That is awesome for Halloween.

There seems to be a particle texture issue on TerrorizeEffect.mdx. General Frank has helped to analyze and found that one of the particle emitters that goes by the name "PE_Sparks" doesn't have the sprite rows and columns follow a power of two. Please fix this by changing the Rows and Columns in the emitter into a power of two. (e.g. changing them to 2 will do)

i tried to find the issue but everything seems to be perfectly intact for the "PE_Sparks" and that the visual problem didn't even appear neither in the game nor in the model-checker (hiveworkshop)...

It still does for me, even though your game GIF preview and HIVE's preview show them to be just fine. Oh well, I'd approve it until further reports.
