well this is a model edit from dragon model..and i use a custom texture
i could use an ingame texture but i can't calculate wich part of the texture to choose..i guess this can be done with material and geoset manager but i haven't look into it..
Why not just remove the troll from the troll batrider and scale it down? You'd get a fully working bat and you wouldn't even have to do that much work.

Because it's already been done (too lazy to search & link, I believe "GreyArchon" made it a long time ago. Currently using it for my Jungle Troll's Vampire Bat).

because you have to fix the mesh connecting the troll and the bat and remove the unused bones from the troll. besides, i like what he did. he made a custom mesh for his first try and not some crude "remove the troll and viola, a bat" thing. but i do agree that its doable with the batrider skin.
