looks too flat & cartoonish, lighting is confusing, overall shading is poor, and the perspective used on the bottom of the armour clashes with everything else. the icon could also use some tighter framing, zooming in on the armour a tad
i see you've updated it based on the feedback i gave before (tho for some reason it's not showing on the model's last updated info...). looks much better, though you've neglected to shade the neckguard like you did the chest & hips. the shoulder pauldrons are also still flat, but it's not very noticeable so leaving them as is would do little harm.
i would remove either remove the light blue outline around the armour, turn it into back/rim lights, or smooth it out into a blue glow
