BTNPoisonsArrow

This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
Poison Arrow. I had editted this icon 5 years ago and I found it back.
I think I had editted the original warcraft spear icon, added some goo and greenish effects. Cant remember. Anyway I just uploaded coz i think it might be useful. I dont expect any credits from this. =\

Looks great, and VERY useful. I'm always looking for alternative icons for this kind of spells. But do you think you could make a passive button as well?

Maybe it can be a problem for most of the community that you edited an already existed WarCraft III icon, but for me this looks like an independent substitute for envenomed spears, and in the end that's what the player will see.

Amazing icon, could easily be improved by Autocast, Passive, and Attack Buttons in my honest opinion, but as it stands its a great icon, I couldnt even tell what the original image was untill I realized its the Iron Ranged Weaponry for Orcs. 4/5

Don't you guys realize that this probably won't get approved for the reasons I posted?

I certainly do realize that it might not get approved. The reason if so is that it was built on a Blizzard icon and, unfortunately, then will be judged as plain copy and paste, even though most people won't even see that it was built on another icon in the first place.

This is in fact a very good-looking icon and even though I respect your opionion I cannot see what's wrong with neither the glow nor the shape of the weapon.

I am not a fan of copy and pasting, and I see why the rules forbid plain copying (the main reasons are to prevent that the site is spammed with poor-quality direct rips from pictures/game icons that already exist, and so that the real quality and eccentricity is highlighted). In cases like this I think we should be careful with what we judge though. This is a very useful icon that can, as I already mentioned, be used as a decent substitute to envenomed spears, which I think many map makers can find useful.

For me, the quality and usefulness of this icon override the fact that it is based on a Blizzard icon. And, as many of you already mentioned, it is hardly noticeable. I would say different if the creator had taken the envenomed spear-icon, flipped it over, toned it green and uploaded it.

Okay, a few points.

1. There isn't enough freehand for approval,
2. The arrow/spear is curved and bent all wrong, most likely due to a fail smudge,
3. The glow is horrendous...... It doesn't blend right,

All in all, you need to do a lot of work, and learn to do freehand icons.

Yeah...I agreed with your 1st and 3rd point, but I did not deform the original icon. Anyway I shared this icon here is for the sake of sharing, for its usefulness. As I had already mentioned "I dont expect any credits from this". And If you ever doubt on my free-hand painting skills, do check out my artworks and other icons where I freehand mouse-paint all the icons on a 64 X 64 canvas directly, its working on pixels.

Anyway I dont mean to offend anybody, just to get my fact correct. =)
