i think it can be used for a plant-item or for a dark-shaman-ability.

Personally, I think it looks like flash-frozen plants, so perhaps a freezing ability.

Personally I cant tell what it is, I see snow and shards of ice. Very detailed, but idk what it is. Also the ATC is wrong. Get rid of the BTN border and add a PASBTN border then put the ATC on top to correct.
