enjoy: Looks like some smudge abuse here. The anatomy of the hand is very wrong. Fingers are too round and so. I suggest that you look at some tutorials about anatomy. And then after that, you should look at some realism tutorials. They really help alot

Try to look at your own hand and base it off that...Unless youre a manbearpig or something.

The effect/"slam" looks kind of nice, but the hand looks very... odd and cartoony.

Knuckles should be a bit more defined.

Shading, and shaping needed in here. Also, some color variations won't hurt.
