It looks like a partial face to me, but kinda hard to see.

A "remade" photo of someone I know (Remade means that I drew over the photo, but did not take it). If it's not good enough or against rules - say so, I'll remove it.

Well, I've just recently noticed that Blizzard silence icon has a face on it too, so they haven't succeeded in it yet. At least I see the face here better. And I quite like the colors, it can be a nice "silence" icon replacement for some anime (because of hairstyle), color-themed (because of the hue) or modern (because modern icons look mostly quite "realistic) map, so I'd vote for it to be approved.
The only sugestion on improvement: you can use harder lines or even black outlines so the finger is more distinguishable.

That's called tracing, and it's since my Icon Rules adjustment a month ago not allowed.
Sorry Kel, better come back to your previous style.
