But This Icon isnt Low Quality and Corresponds with its Model Which is Also just a Recolor???

There's a huge difference between a model "recolor" and an icon "recolor. An icon recolor takes all of a second to change the hue. A model recolor requires actually changing the textures used by the materials in the model, and, depending on the textures, re-wrapping them.

Changing the TExture on a Model isnt Hard at al lEspecially When its Orc to Fel Orc LOlE
