I think it would look cool if it was just an regular fishing hook instead of the one you have, that one looks like an anchor on first glance, also the worm could use some editing with the colors and the details. Maybe add that thing worms have in the middle of there stomach area. Lastly, The hook itself could be a little more thicker and have a sharper point towards it.

Too much highlights on the worm, consider turning it down a bit, it's also easier to focus on the bait that way.
