Again the light-blue effect looks plain and is randomly placed, please try to improve them by giving them different hues and better work on opacity.
Avoid using black outlines, use darker colors instead, especially the arrowhead in the middle.
I dont see an improvment on the sharp arrows, they look dull, next time make blades, arrow heads, Ex.. look sharp as in the photo of NFwars icon. And, the background effect too not really needed but it is what it is.
I agree, I like the light sources, but maybe he should add some blue effects on the bottom left coming upward? Making it seem like the light it coming up hitting the chains.
