Isn't very useful as it stands, the strings don't really look like strings too me but random figures coming off the wings. Make the strings a different color maybe brownish like a rope or something hanging the wings.

At first glance it's kinda hard to make out what this icon represents.
It'd be ideal for an icon to be recognizable at first glance.
A better definition would help us to understand what's going on in this icon.
I strongly recommend you to add shading(highlights and shadows, using lighter or darker tones of your base colors), this will visibly improve your icon.
Also, using a richer(and suitable) color scheme will reduce the monotony.
I would advise you to read some tutorials and practice a lot.
