Edit: Tested it and it casts the spell again and again when cooldown and mancost is 0. Also dead units are moved by the spell. Else the spell is easy but ok

please rework the description ... Level 1 - Little damage Level 2 - Moderate damage Level 3 - Much damage ... that should be like that Level 1 - 30 damage per secound Level 2 - 60 damage per secound ... etc
