Out of the 3 Orcs you uploaded, this seems to be goodest one.
The animations are okay, the mesh is fine and its looks in the mask looks neat
I'd give it 4/5

Make a screenshot in magos editor or the hive 3d viewer, use paint to copy+paste said screeny and crop it to a square, blacken the background, use this fantastic tool to resize the image to 64*64 and add borders of your liking. Save it as a .blp. Voila, you have an icon.
