Go to Advanced (it's in the same bar as File) and click on Gameplay Constants. Check the "Use Custom Gameplay Constants" and scroll down to Hero XP Gained - Creep Reduction Table.

Only certain? You'd need a exp tracking system to do this.

If your talking about ALL non-creeps, go to what niller said except put in a value greater than 100 (say if u put in 125 it would make creeps give 25% more than non-creeps)

then again, you can always just lower the level of the non-creeps -_-

Did he not say non-creeps?

Do you want the Hero to lose XP for killing a unit or gain a reduced amount of XP from killing it? Or did you mean make the Hero get less XP for a short time from killing other units?

Solution 1: Trigger with the Hero - Add Experience action, with a negative amount of XP.
Solution 2: reduce the Stats - Level of the unit.
Solution 3: Trigger with the Hero - Set Experience Rate action, with less than 100%.

he did but he didnt explain it correctly o_O read what i said

I did read what you said, but even with that, it doesn't make the Hero gain less XP for non-creeps, it just makes him gain more for creeps.

I've edited my post since I realised I wasn't clear on what the OP was actually asking.
