then what are they doing with that $15 x 8,000,000? i know that it doesnt ALL go to the server maintinence, GMs and such, infact a very small amount does. the vast majority of it goes to share holders, but dont worry, they DO get money from subscriptions.

I meant they GET money from subscriptions, but if people play on private servers they LOSE money, so they CHASE "non-subscribers"

This is not illegal. Reverse engineering is protected under US Law. If these emulated servers were designed using Blizzard source code then there would be a problem.

I guess this is right. I think blizzard didn't made a rule about 'private' servers.
