pure bullshit, in fact GUI is just a friendly and limited interface to jass.

you can code jass in the editor that comes with the game though most users use a different version so you will need to find out how to code it somewhere else.(i do not know how to code it myself.)

The best so far and the one that most people both use and recommend is JNGP 2.0.
