[General] World Editor Dark Theme

For me, probably, as it is possible for many of you, it is a problem that the interface of the World Editor is white as snow, which makes it very uncomfortable to work in it at night or in dark lighting. So, does anyone know how to make WE dark themed?

Sorry. I'm probably not the right person. My experience with the editor is as a user. Modifying the visual functions probably requires binary assembler modding. Maybe @MindWorX or @TriggerHappy would know
