Good. Now we need to see Diablo 2 LoD - Druid Antlers (goat helm). D2 had a wolf helm that covered the head, even funny looking antlers, so these helms remind me of D2.

different models have attachments differently, because the models are different.
by default modellers make all attachments to match villager male model. ppl are supposed to either edit the attachments to fit their needs, or edit the models (to which the attachments are attached - in this case kael) to have same animations and attachment points as the villager male (<- always more difficult option).
