I'm going to work this skin really slow.
According to the publics input thats how the skin shall be created.

Ok, part 1 the face.
- shape (change or keep)
- color (change or keep)
- texture (change or keep)

Yea I just got back into it... Needed to thaw myself out.
Have yet to touch the hair.

Should it be hair or something else? like maybe skin flaps, or a metal neck brace... ill have to look at the model again but anything is really posible.

Something other than hair would be cool, though my imagination sucks so I cannot give any ideas on what should replace it.

Yeah, do you have a theme or are you just sorta doing whatever comes to mind? perhaps maybe more jagged hair, you know, big tufts of it missing, depends on what you're going for with the texture. Face looks great though.

I second what THE_END says, I personally have attempted many skins for this model. All of them, however, have failed due to the inexpressibly horribly sucky wrap on this model.

Hmmmm, take the advice, dont just spit it back. Maybe you should actually look at it wrapped and post a picture of that, and your not giving us much to comment on seeing as you have only posted one shot with only the face done. I am nearly sure that unless this skin has lots of areas of big color blocks that look the same when stretched out that it will become a "gallery" skin as many call them where the unwrap looks awesome but wrapped it looks like $H!T.
