[General] Windows 10 - Editor Tooltips are blank

Anyone know why this happens? In this image it should say 'Save Map' but it displays as blank. It's not something new for me, but didn't bother to look into it until now. This happens with most buttons on the UI, except for the drop downs like File and Edit.

The only thing I can say is, that it is not a general Windows 10 problem. I use it and everything is displayed properly.

Hence I can only say lame things like: "You should try to reinstall."

I haven't reinstalled, but updated to newer patches and it's the same. It's like this since I installed it on Windows 10 when it was like on patch 1.27. If I remember correctly the StarCraft 1 Editor also displays like this.
