Raw codes are Hexdecimals but the argument of an array must be integer.
First, rawcodes are not hexadecimal.

Second, Hexadecimal is a base system which can be used to express integers.

I generally do this if I want to store, say, a bunch of abilities from 'A000' up (keep in mind the first two characters have to be the same for all values).
