Wierd team color error

I was working on a model and when it comes to wrapping part everything was okay since I set the material to blend and put a team color on it. Only the chest has this problem, the rest of it has normal team color.

I always set blend. My model from the contest (older one) had the same issue like this, the colors were different on some places and it crashed the we, but this one doesn't crush the game it is just like that...

Material 1 Team Color set to transparent.
Material 2 Infernal machine set to blend.

Still not working. I tried seting it to modulate but it wont work either...Damn, how should I fix this...
