Why item requirment is not working?

I know that the item requirment is working only if the selling unit belongs to you, but it doesn't work even with that for me. Why, how ti fix it?
The items require a specific unit to be present.
The shop has Shop Purchase Item and Shop Sharing

Do you add the req to the item?
Do you use Shop Sharing ability from Player shop building?

Base your item on something that is like Orb of Fire or such, which has requirements.

Use item - made instead of item - sold
