Why is this portrait not working?

The portrait for Riderless Horse (WC1) v2 isn't working, it just shows empty/black. Not sure if this is only in latest patch or a bug with the model itself.

Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks!

I relaculated the extents and normals with RMS/DRMS and it seems to work now.
