Which World Editor to use?

Heya folks!

Long time modding! Could someone within our great community point me toward a good editor that is useable with the 1.28 patch? A link to a download would be greatly appreciated, also if there are some kind of special settings that needs to be configured I would greatly appreciate a heads up that as well

SharpCraft World Editor Extended Bundle

I don't use it myself, so I don't know, if or what you have to configure.

either default WE or WEX. JNGP is mostly broken thanks to 1.28 patch.

Of course you can use the world editor. Just not JNGP.
