[General] Where is the tip of upkeeper?

Can someone tell me how exactly to find and change the tip of the upkeeper? When mouse enter on the upkeeper panel a tip appears - I want to change the text of this tip.

Is in Advanced -> interface , just search the text you want change.

obviously, search for things that has upkeep in it

In the right is the text to edit, but you need search it, the position is in disorder so i cant tell you where is it :'(

In my experience they were quite tiresome to find and change, even though it seems like an obvious task.

Try to find these values in the Gameplay - Interface and change them. If you want nothing to show then type in a single space " " <-single space.
