Replace this Error Message with Something Meaningful!

I was messing around in the gameplay interface and came across this.
Can someone tell me what it does?

And another thing: Hope can I change the Upkeep indicator in the top right to saw "Credits" and when you mouse over it says what I want it to say.

I managed to get it to

No Upkeep
100% Gold Income Rate
<my text>
0-50 food (No Upkeep)
50-80 food (Low Upkeep)
80-100 food (High Upkeep)

Now I want to remove everything there except the <My Text> part.

you can remove everything except the "100%". no1 ever managed to, but you can try to hide it with a certain colour that fits to the background colour of the tooltips. you have to add the colour code to the "gold income rate". to get the right colour code check this http://users.rcn.com/giant.interport//COLOR/1ColorSpecifier.html

How exactly do I remove everything except the 100%?

Advanced -> Game Interface -> Text - General.. and then find something about "Gold" OR "Upkeep" .. I think that's what you're looking for ??

I've looked through the whole Game Interface and like I said the only thing I can find is one close to the bottom that says "Upkeep Level %d."

Well.. did you look through the Gameplay Constants aswell ?? I found something where you can put in when you get the upkeep >_> "Upkeep - Tax rates / Upkeep - Food Levels / Upkeep - Lumber Tax Rates"

it's all in the interface section. just look for everything related to upkeep, or stick to the first letter of each text you want to replace and look for it. it's in alphabetical order so it should not be any problem to find it.
