Change the Upkeep Indicator to Credits

Hello guys, i don't need the Upkeep indicator i wanna replace with credits. I wanna remove every message displayed when the cursor meets the upkeep indicator (Gold income, 0-50 Food ...) to show a simple text messge that shows the credits.

Is it possible? there's an amount of characters allowed! I might need more than that.

You can remove everything except the '100%', I did it in my map, you can open it and check the gameplay interface thingy. There's a tutorial out there but it's badly explained
