Where can I increase Item sell prices?

Hello,
I am in the state of my map, where I think now what to do with the gold.

I plan about using Items that unlock on specific waves, but current it would feel like wasting money not waiting for the best Items, so I want that they can sell the Items and get 100% of the money back, but I can't find that anywhere, is it even possible?
