Search for the driver download here.

If your mouse model has no driver download, then it needs no drivers as it must have been designed for generic drivers.

Flickering or invisible cursors are usually a graphic problem and not a mouse problem. The solution is a combination of compatibility mode, in game cursor options or graphic driver updates.

it is not flickering. it is shown on screen but unmovable. the mouse can navigate with a second cursor that is invisible. microsoft`s search engine is just awful these days so finding anything on their website is hopeless. the link you provided provides drivers for wireless mice only and my mouse is wired.
