Where Can I Find GOOD Voice Actors?

I'm curious, where can I find good voice actors with good quality microphones? Mainly, I'm looking for either a voice actor community site or individual voice actor's portfolio sites that I can reference back to. I don't care if they demand payment or not - it isn't me who needs them.

My job at the moment with voice actors is to find good ones with good mics and direct them to my superior for an unannounced project so he can contact and review them, and hopefully use them for the project. We're not in immediate need of voice actors, but it's best to find the guys you need and get all positions filled as soon as you can.
