Whats your opinion on this.

I don't know about any of you, but i am a BIG fan of Morrowind. I played it nonstop for 3-4 months, and know every detail, and have read through the game guide twice, and know every detail. I have always wanted to make map like it. I see a lot of maps that are like it, that are called it; and the creators did a really nice job, but it just isn't what I've been looking for. So i try to make it, and i get past the first little bit, and then feel it was pointless, or i was never going to have enough squares, or something always comes up, and stops me. Honest opinions, don't just say yes to be nice. Do you think it was a dumb idea, and i should give it up?

It sounds as if you don't have the determination (lol sorry i don't know a better word for this) to create the map so their are either 2 ways for.

Just do it or leave it.

Regarding to your text i would say leave it.
