[General] What's a good dummy spell with a cooldown

I am using DEFEND as a reload spell where it refills all my mana.

But it doesn't let me send duration or casting time.

What's a good alternative?

Data Target Type - Instant (No Target)
Data Options - Visible
Data Follow Through Time - (How long you want the reload time)
Data Disable Other Abilities - False
Data Art Duration - (Every 'X' amount of seconds, the special effect will be created)
