i downloaded and installed this and it said that my cd is not in drive ( wich is not true and i dont have cracked wc3 ) and it gave me an error and i cant play, now i wanted to play b.net and it also gave me an error wtf!!!!!!!!!

There are more possibilitys for that.
May youve Kaspersky Antivirus which blocks it.
You can start Bnet becoz of the weird fixing try of rtc, which i dont understand.
I had to reinstall Wc3 completly, maybe you just need to install the latest patch again.

According to what I've understood RtC doesn't support any other version than 1.21 or 1.22.
