I'm making a website for my AoS map "Bloodshed of Guardians". I want my site to be like this: "BloodshedOfGuardians.com" not like: "wix.com/bloodshedofguardians"
'tis called registering with a DNS authority (that's probably the wrong term, wikipedia inc - well, not that bad: try http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_name_registry). Costs money. There were some link redirection and url masking services by the .tk domain some time ago though, not sure if they are still there.
If you want a forum, you could use forummotion. the url wil be something along the lines of BloodshedOfGuardians.forummotion.com (there are 20 or so variations of how you want you url to look like). If you want JUST BloodshedOfGuardians.com, then you'll have to pay for it
