What is the best program for HTML/Javascript?

Just learned Javascript, but I'm still working in notepad.
What should I use?
I want something that can make my work easier, like with an autoclose <stuff>, a direct 'run', etc.

To write - Visual Studio Community, Notepad++, etc.
To run - a browser.

Notepad++ or Sublime.

Sublime requires you to pay for it if you're going to use it in a company tho.

Sublime 2 is free, apparently Sublime 3 requires 70$ license

Well yes, but the trial is technically unlimited which is a bit counter-intuitive, imo. Same goes for Sublime 2, it even has the same exact sentence below the download links.

Actually now that I've shifted to Notepad++, things have never been quicker. But now things are missing out on the cool and awesome extensions of Sublime.
