What is making this lag?

Can anybody check out my RPG map and tell me why it is lagging sooo much for me? I'm getting like 3 fps =_= even at lower setting. I know i have a crappy comp but i was getting at least 7. What happened? Srry for the big file size, I was using a terrain map as a template and was going to delete the extra models later. Just in case if i need to use them

where exactly does the lag kick in? at the start of the map, at random times? or when you cast a spell repeatly.

the most heavy lags are caused by leaks in a loop that keeps running and is never turned off, more details about the problem is very helpful =)
