What is Fog Visibility & Fog Radius?

Hello guys I just want to ask what is Fog Visibility & Fog Radius?

Also if the the model attacks and the missile appearing is delay what should Field Value should I change in the WE.
for example an Archer attacks but his missile appears for about 2 secs. after she plays her attack anim.

You need to edit the attack animation backswing and the attack damage backswing of the archer.

Fog radius is the area of the fog and visibility is how thick the fog is.
