WEU quick questions

Does WEU still work with the new patch? I dont have WEU and i am tempted to try it out.

If i upload my 256x256 map into WEU can i make it bigger in WEU then port it back into WE and carry on editing useing the bigger map?

What is the biggest size a map can go in WEU??
