Well...i need help

Well whats happens i was making my first skin.It was an spider man one but the problem is with all my skins.The problem is when i do them they look fine but when i import them to wc3 they look all screwed like iif the skins was upway down also when i load it on the wc3 model editor its allway down anyone know how to fix this
