Ok I have a average-good computer, with Windows XP on it.

What I got as hardware:
- Adding soon -

But the problem is, that my computer sometimes suddenly, yes suddenly shuts down. I have runned AVG, Spyware Doctor and Norton through it and only I can find are minor problems.

My theories are, probally one of them:
- It's my powersupply
- It's my outlet, which strangly enough flashes tiny bits.

I had this problem for half a year and it turns out that it was a defect fuse in a "power cabinet" down the road.

I would guess that it may be either a power supply problem or a cooling problem.

Make sure all your cooling fans are working, that you have proper airflow, and that any heat sinks and fans are cleared of dust. Also, check the voltage levels (in the BIOS or using a 3rd party program) on the power supply to make sure each voltage rail remains stable.

Let us know what you find.

Action: I have dusted off my whole inside of the computer.
Effect: Computer is suddenly much quieter :D
Effect 2: I think the problem is gone now.

Anyway thanks.
