Ok so I was skinning this guy and all the bones work fine, are attached to each other, etc. Except the chest and pelvis bones, which for some reason have this weird behavior:

I have attached the scene file.

Can some animation genius help me? :D (*cough* BlinkBoy *cough*)

I think there are some unecessary polys on the back.

BTW body and pelvis are attached to grid bone. Un attach it. Is this grid bone necessary ? try to un-attach it and it will work ok.

I'll try to check where's the problem. Look like levis or body have skin weight all over the body hm. But the grid bone is what does this or link between.

EDIT: Just recreate grid bone... and problem solved.
