[General] Weird Icon Bug

So I am taking a shot at making my own icons and they work fine but when ever I send them to a buddy of mine to download they work fine but they cannot be seen if someone else has them in their inventory they'll just appear as green slots on other people but on them selves they can see it.

Please and thanks if you can figure out why this is happening.

I think this can be related if an icon has no DISBTN .blp but not 100% sure.

Yes it is caused by not having a disbtn version.
