Weather Problem

Well it seems that I've got a problem with my weather in regions. I've made regions on my map and in the region properties, I've put the weather effect in every region. I CAN SEE the weather effect in World Editor, but I can't see it ingame. Can someone tell me what's the problem?

Make sure that you particles is on High in Game Video Settings otherwise you will not be able to see the weather
