to be honest, I really REALLY don't know why there's so many people trying to make a carbon copy of Oblivion into Wc3...what's the point? You take an excellent game, with gameplay and graphics infinitely superior to anything you could ever achieve with wc3, and put it into...wc3...it seems like a futile effort. Why don't you make something out of your own head instead?
I decided to recreate Oblivion because I want to, I want to make something that will really challenge me, and once I finish it, and if it's made well, I will have a sense of self gratification knowing that I created it.
well you didn't actually created it, that's the thing. Bethesda did. If you'd make your own concept, the sense of self gratification would be much much higher. But whatever suits you...
The only reason I see to re-make Oblivion in WC3 would be to make it multi-player, although I did hear of someone making Oblivion multi-player with a mod, but apparently it was way early alpha.
