wc3 flooding video for Isengard

Okay so im working on a lotr builder map and i was wondering how to make a little video thing or what ever for when someone destroys a gate that a certain area is flooded and it shows a video of it happening and all the buildings in that area go away. If you know how to do this please go into detail on the triggers please. Thank you
